Lenox Metals offers a complete range of services related to the recycling and re-use of metals. Among the services offered are recapture of non-ferrous and ferrous metals, recycling of copper, brass, aluminum, stainless steel, precious and strategic (all alloys); electrical and telecommunications equipment, motors, pumps, valves, wire, chillers, boilers, etc.

Equipment Recycling & Destruction

Lenox Metals offers recycling of non-hazardous electrical transformers, capacitors, commercial power and computer equipment. We have specialized safety equipment and training in handling potentially harmful substances.

Custom Recycling Programs

Lenox Metals can help your organization develop and implement a custom recycling program. We serve general, mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractors, hotels, schools, and non-profits.


Lenox Metals offers transportation, hauling and recycling of construction, fabrication, and demolition scrap materials. We offer collection and pickup on a scheduled or on-call basis. Our trained personnel and equipment ensure safe and efficient recycling of our clients' scrap metal with minimum disruption to their operations.

Alan Hornstein, owner and president of Lenox Metals, LLC, has more than 45 years of experience in the metals recycling industry. His experience and expertise in the field is one reason he was honored by the U.S. Small Business Administration as 2008 Small Business Exporter of the Year for the City and County of Honolulu.
